2. Rent & Return
Quick. Simple. Flexible.
RENT A BIKE
Rent a bike via app: simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock above the rear wheel will open automatically. Therefore never rent a bike from afar!

PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike inbetween your journey for a maximum of 30 minutes without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. In your app you can also stop it again once you want to continue your journey. The frame lock opens automatically. Therefore never stop the park mode from afar!
If the parking time exceeds 30 minutes, the bike will be returned automatically.
RETURN A BIKE
Return your bike to an official station or within the flex zone in San Luis Potosi and close the frame lock. Refresh your app to make sure the bike was returned successfully.
REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of $ 10 which can be used in all fare types. You can change your preferred payment method at any time.

1 ACCOUNT = 4 BIKES
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Subscription Plans and special conditions only apply to the first bike, additional bikes are charged at the Single Ride Plan.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes outside the flex zone or official stations as well as on private ground or in parks is not allowed. A service fee of $ 500.00 plus $ 5.00 per kilometer outside the zone will apply.
